Chinese Spring Festival in 2024  Spring Festival is one of the grandest and most characteristic traditional festivals in Chinese folklore. It is generally referred to as New Year's Eve and the first day of the first month of the year, also known as the lunar year, commonly known as "New Year's Eve".This year's Spring Festival falls on 10 th ,February.

  The Spring Festival has a long history, originating from the primitive beliefs and nature worship of early mankind, and evolved from the ancient times of the first year of the year praying for the year-old sacrifice, is a primitive religious ceremony, people will be held at the beginning of the year, praying for the next year's grain abundance, human and animal prosperity. Over time, this ritual evolved into a variety of celebrations, culminating in today's Spring Festival.

  During the Spring Festival, the Han Chinese and many ethnic minorities in China hold various activities to celebrate.
