The chassis of the car is composed of four parts:
Transmission system,
Driving system,
Steering system ,
Braking system.
Chassis Effect: With the weight of the vehicle, it provides stable driving and operation for the vehicle.
1.Transmission system
The transmission system is composed of clutch, transmission, transmission shaft, universal section, main subtissler, differential and drive semi -axis.
The function of the car transmission system is to pass the power from the engine to the driving wheels to promote the car.
The transmission system has functions such as deceleration, transmission, reversing, interrupt power, inter -wheel differences, and between shaft differentials. It cooperates with the engine to ensure the normal driving of the car under various operating conditions.
2.Driving system
The driving system is generally composed of frame, bridge, wheels and suspension.
The role of the car driving system is to convert the torque from the transmission system into the traction of the ground on the vehicle; to bear the force and torque of the car on the car; reduce the vibration, ease the impact, and ensure that the car is normally and smooth.
3.Steering system
The car steering system consists of a steering wheel, a steering column, a steering machine, a steering -to -assist mechanism.
The role of a car steering system is to ensure that the car can be traveled in line or steering according to the wishes of the driver.
The steering system of cars is divided into two categories: mechanical steering system and power steering system according to different steering energy.
4.Braking System
The role of the car brake system is to slow down the car or stop within the shortest distance to ensure the safety of driving.
The car brake system is generally composed of driving brakes, parking brakes, etc.
Driving brakes can be divided into disc brakes and drum brakes.
At present, disc brakes are commonly used in automotive brake systems.
